This replacement belt was a perfect fit for my old Technics turntable. Since there were no instructions, I will share how I did a successful installation. First, anchor the tone arm in its cradle so it won't get loose while you are working. Then, remove the rubber mat from the top of the platter (the part your LP record rests on when you play it). Lift the platter off the spindle. There are cutouts in the platter to give you a gripping point. Remove the old broken belt and clean up as needed....

Yes, it fit the record player. But sadly I think the motor is on its last legs because the belt didn't speed up the platter turnimg too slow...

Got the turn table working again, but wasn't the initial problem. So, don't know how well it actually works.

You have to be careful when buying a new belt! Some of those dealers online will sell you something that kind of comes close but not really for your turntable. If its too tight it will cause speed problems and eventually burn out your motors bearings. And, if to loose, it will either keep falling off and cause speed problems as well. This belt fit my Technics SLBD 22 just right, tension feels good. Width, thickness, length, quality and price are all very good. Thanks!
