The quality is excellent—definitely a step up from what you'd typically find at a big box store. I’ve used them to drive through fairly thick steel with no issues, and after a couple of months, the stainless steel shows no signs of rust. Reliable and tough.

Would be a 5 star, but docked a star for the 7mm head. I assumed all these type screws were 1/4", but these are just a tad too big to fit in my 1/4" socket so I have to go out and buy a new socket for these. Otherwise, decent screw.

Self-tapping, or as the original patent calls them, self-drilling screws are one of the miracles of the modern age. The hex head fits nearly into a screwdriver bit holder, and is much less likely to cam out than a Phillips bit.The BEWARE OF DOG signs are held in with these which may very well outlast the signs themselves.Put them in the bit holder, screw them in, done.
