This brand has changed the game with its effectiveness.It’s unflavored (that usually means it’s terrible)but not with nutricost inositol powder.In today’s economy you can’t afford to make the wrong choices.once you see the rusults it’s obvious that it’s well worth the money for its size and quality of life.

This is a good product. It has made a big difference in lowering my blood sugar in a short time. I was taking capsules before and it was much more expensive. I take it twice a day. Has no taste. Comes with a scoop for easy measuring.

Not clumped. Comes with a scoop for dosing. Reasonable price.Does it do anything for my mild type 2 DM, your guess is as good as mine.

The product itself is great, I have had no issues with quality or shipping.I started taking this supplement to manage PCOS and hirsutism. I have noticed improvements since taking this for about a month, however I have also noticed a ton of hair fallout on my scalp which is VERY abnormal for me. Apparently this is not uncommon for people to experience after taking inositol. So be warned before starting this supplement!

Sweet taste is good. I purchased this to take before bed, because I read that Inositol helps with sleep, however I haven’t noticed any significant difference in my sleep or anxiety. Full disclosure: I use a lot of other supplements to support my sleep — GABA, L-Theanine, Ashwaghanda, Apigenin, and 5HTP — all of which offer a significant effect on my sleep and anxiety.
