The reason you wan this camera isn't necessarily for the picture quality. There are plenty of UHD cameras out there for much less. You want this camera because it works with Windows Hello! As soon as I sit down in my chair, my Windows workstation immediately unlocks the desktop.

The sound goes into an auto loop.I Must restart computer every time and then the problem. I can't hear it but everyone else can. The group meeting (zoom, FaceTime, go to meeting, etc) tells me I'm stuck in a loop. Restarting the app or unplugging the camera does not work. I must restart the computer and log back into the app. Tech support was unable to help me. They escalated the issue. I read several forums with many people experiencing the same thing.

Brio camera has overall good video quality. However, there's a big problem with image Flickering under LED light. My room have in-ceiling LED lights. At night time, all the light are coming from those LED lights. And camera image is flickering very bad. I tried to enable anti-flickering, and change it to 60Hz or 50Hz. None helped. Flickering problem is still there. In same condition, Logitech C922, StreamCam, Anker PowerConf C300 all works correctly without flickering problem. Will return Bri...

I just don't care anymore

The title clearly calls it a streaming webcam. The problem is, it doesn't stream. My old brio will and it's not designed for it but this one will not stream. I spent time with Logitech Tech Support and we could not get it to stream. We determined it was defective so l sent it back and I have yet to see a refund or replacement.
