I examined all well known brands as well as brands I’m not as familiar with and determined, based on reviews and shoe description, that the “Python” shoe was the best shoe for me. I've had these shoes for less than two months. This is the poorest quality shoe I have ever owned. I have been playing racquetball for 14 years. I thought I would give the Python brand a try. Big mistake. While breaking in the shoes for two weeks, I had bruised ankles from the hard rubber at the top of the shoes. My feet were sore for most of that time. Also the rubber is coming unglued at the toe of the shoes. Sorry to be so negative, but it's the hard facts. Don't buy this shoe.

I am an avid racquetball player and play for 4 to 5 hours every week consistently. These Python shoes fit nicely, are reasonably priced, provide good traction and have held up without any tears or rips for almost six months now. Clearly they are made from robust materials and I'm very satisfied with them. As a point of reference, I have owned and used other racquetball shoes that came apart after only 3 or 4 months of use.

Lovely, comfortable pair of shoes for casual outing. Not so much for sports. I feels a bit too bulky and heavy for playing in. Provides good traction too. It is indeed wide width, too wide for my wide feet though. Size (apart from width) is accurate.
