Worked really well for my low carb, gluten free baking, gave cookies a great texture so very happy with product, no blood sugar spikes, looking forward to making more great low carb treats, breads, only used 3 T per recipe so no overly "oat" flavor. Arrived on time, price seems fair considering all things are expensive, but happy with product and do recommend.

I bought this to bake bread with. I wasn’t very happy with results because there is an odd sweet aftertaste which is not very good with a savory sandwich. I will definitely use the remaining to make cookies, muffins, pancakes, sweet bread, but I’m going to be looking for a different oat fiber that has a more neutral taste so that I can bake bread with it as well as sweet baked goods.
