This is great. The filter on top keeps any smells from escaping. No rust at all, even after forgetting it out in the rain for a couple weeks. Heavy duty, fits a lot. No leaking. What I love about this recycle canister is that its the perfect size for our small kitchen, it looks good, and is easy to keep clean. I like how the charcoal filters keep smells at bay. The lid fits snugly keeping flies and bugs out yet it's still easy to open as needed. It is well made and I expect it to last.

UPDATE - September 2025: I still have this bin and use it daily. It hasn't rusted, broken, or had any other issues.
