I genuinely don't like writing reviews, but I want to give this one mine, just because I've been taking these for 2+ years and without fail it's worked splendidly. They're by far the cheapest option I've seen on Amazon, and even though the price has gone up a bit over time, it's still the best deal. I usually take these just before I consume something with lactose, but at times I've eaten it after I've consumed milk, and they've still been perfectly effective.
Just Me
I'm a little bit lactose intolerant and like creamer in my coffee and to drink milk often, so these work great to prevent bloating and discomfort. I'll take 2 or 3 in the morning before my coffee and sometimes another 2 later in the day (about 30 minutes before drinking milk) and it's a much cheaper alternative to buying expensive lactose-free milk.

This has proven to be a staple product as a lactose intolerant person. A few tablets helps ease eating any dairy. Good value for the price.

I bought these instead of the lactaid brand I usually buy since the price was less and they recommend taking less of them. They work great and I’m saving money since I have to take these any time I eat or drink food with lactose (milk) in it like cheese on Pizza or butter or milk in desserts. I am lactose intolerant.
