If you're familiar with any sort of rehab/therapy or even knot/ muscle adhesion breakdowns you should know exactly what doing this is going to feel like. This is a nice set of stuff when combined, especially when you don't have any of these things in the firs place.The roller stick is pretty good. I find the hard plastic to be a little too firm, I prefer roller sticks with a dense foam that has some give to it. However, this still works well and does the job. I found the large roller difficult and uncomfortable to use. It consists of a thin layer of high-density foam wrapped around a rigid plastic tube and has very little "give." I also had trouble using it at all- when I tried to massage my upper back, it would usually end up rolling out from under me, frustrating attempts to use it.
