This comes with microphone covers and a pry-tool. Replacing the pads does not require any tools and the headset doesn't use microphone covers, but they are provided if you need them.The cooling gel is what I wanted to try, and while it is interesting, it isn't for me. These are not as soft or comfortable as the standard foam pads. They snap on easy and function as intended.

Outstanding replacement earpads for Jabra 45h (or supported Jabra models). I've reviewed many in my sampling program, and these are by far the best.
